Fall

I went mountain biking the other day with some friends and was amazed at what a couple of weeks will do to the leaves. We were up at Solitude Ski Resort and it was absolutely gorgeous. I didn't even care about riding. I just wanted to take pictures. The only problem was I didn't have a wide angle lens with me. I did get some very good photos that day, but I promised myself I would come back by myself and get some of the fantastic Fall photos. So, after work today I decided to put off some of the other pressing things I need to get done and took off up the canyon, trying to beat the dying light. Crisp air met me once I left my car, but I readily welcomed it. It has been warm in the valley and the cold air felt so good. It was so peaceful. The changing season has not come very far down the canyon, but I know it won't be long until all of the trees are changing. I am really looking forward to fall this year.
